All teams that register for a Ripken Baseball Tournament should read through the information sheets below in order to gain full understanding of all rules and procedures prior to the start of the tournament. 

Items to submit prior to event:

  • Team Roster
    • Each player and coach will electronically sign a Waiver and Code of Conduct
  • Birth Certificates for each player (Week-Long Tournaments only)
  • Insurance Certificate listing Extra Bases, LLC, as additionally insured under the certificate holder section.

Items to bring day of event

  • Birth Certificates/Age Documentation:
    • 3 & 4 Game Tournaments only (Week-Long Tournaments require approval in advance)
    • Teams must have a copy of each individual player's birth certificate or proper age documentation on hand at all times during the event. These documents must be made accessible to a Ripken Official upon request for review or challenge; teams are not required to turn them in or upload them prior to the start of the event.


Ripken Baseball is proud to support USA Baseball's Pitch Smart program.  It is the goal of USA Baseball and Ripken Baseball to provide safe pitching practices that will reduce the risk of arm injuries in young baseball players.
