Join Ripken Baseball at the Arena Club in Bel Air, MD for the ultimate pre-season training program! We offer two age-based programs, one for High School players in February, and another for players in Grade 8 & below in March.

Ripken High School Winter Training Program
February 4, 11, 18, 25 - Every Thursday in February, from 6-8pm.

The Ripken High School Winter Training Program takes place on four consecutive Thursday evenings in February. Learn new drills and games in every session and work on different aspects of both hitting and defense.

Ripken Instructors will help you achieve your potential through an intense program that includes over 200 swings per night, position-specific defensive training, and strength and conditioning drills, including some of the very same drills that Cal and Bill used throughout their MLB careers.

Each session is two hours long (6pm-8pm). Please plan to arrive between 5:30 and 5:45 on the first night to check in and receive your free hat and t-shirt.

This program is open to all high school players. In order to provide the most focused instruction, space is limited to just 60 players.

Ripken Younger Winter Training Program (Grades 8 & Below)
March 4, 11, 18, 25 - Every Thursday in March, from 6-8pm.

The Ripken Younger Winter Training Program takes place on four consecutive Thursday evenings in March. Receive well-rounded defensive training in each core position: infield, outfield, pitching and catching.

Every player will take over 200 swings per night along with strength and conditioning training. Ripken Instructors will help every player gain a competitive edge by refining fundamentals and helping to develop advanced skills.

Each session is two hours long (6pm-8pm). Please plan to arrive between 5:30 and 5:45 on the first night to check in and receive your free hat and t-shirt.

This program is open to all players in 8th Grade or below (typically ages 9-13). Space is limited to just 60 players.
