In his post-playing days, Bill has been able to use lessons and drills from his 12 year Major League career to now teach kids how to play baseball the “Ripken Way”. Bill has been an integral part of the teaching side of the Camps and Clinics division and was a tremendous part of both the Play Baseball the Ripken Way book and instructional DVD set. Bill also runs numerous Coaching Clinics with Cal, where they teach coaches the best way to instruct and coach their players.
